How can I register?

Go to log in and complete the registration form. Once we have checked your personal details, which can take up to 1-2 working days, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll then be able to access the full range of training courses offered by PRO Academy.

What are the advantages of registering?

Your PRO account offers the following benefits:

Access to your individual learning environment with an overview of the courses you are registered for and your completed courses

  • You can book at any time from anywhere
  • Download area with all your participation certificates
  • Access to webinar recordings
  • 24/7 online training: e-learning modules

How do I change my personal details?

You can change your details at any time in the "My data" section of your PRO Account.

Where can I get the latest news?

You can find all the latest news about your PRO Account in the News section.

Can I deactivate/delete my professional account?

Yes, please e-mail us to deactivate your professional account. Deactivating your account will remove your personal information from PRO Academy.

Please note: this will also delete all your participation certificates.

How much does the registration cost?

Registration on the homepage us.pro-academy.net is free.

Webinars

How do I register to take part in a live webinar?

You can register to take part in a webinar online via your PRO Account. You will immediately receive a registration confirmation via email. We will also send you a calendar entry file so you can save the date in your online calendar.

What equipment do I need to take part in webinars?

You can take part in our webinars using your desktop, laptop or mobile device (smartphone, tablet). We recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

What are the technical requirements for the participation in a live webinar?

To take part in a webinar, you need the following:

  • A stable internet connection
  • Loudspeakers or headphones
  • You do not need a microphone or camera

E-learnings

What is an e-learning module?

Our e-learning modules enable you to access training at any time and from anywhere (24/7 on demand). They are designed to be interactive and last between 10 and 60 minutes. Once you have completed an e-learning module, you can download the detailed learning materials (bibliography, transcript, flashcards).

What are the technical prerequisites for completing an e-learning module?

To complete an e-learning module, you’ll need a desktop, laptop or mobile device plus a stable internet connection.

How do I complete an e-learning module or register for one?

You’ll need an active PRO Account. Log into the us.pro-academy.net website, choose an e-learning module and off you go.

Can I repeat an e-learning module several times?

Yes, you can do an e-learning module as many times as you want to consolidate what you have learned.

Do I get participation certificates for all e-learning modules?

No. You’ll only get a participation certificate for e-learning modules (duration 45-60 minutes) that require a knowledge test upon completion.

How do I get my participation certificate once I have finished the e-learning module?

Once you have completed the e-learning module, you'll receive a personalized participation certificate to download from your PRO Account.

What are speaker transcripts?

Once you have successfully completed an e-learning module, the spoken text will be available for you to download.

What are flashcards and why do I need them?

Flashcards summarise important topics and questions from the respective course. You can return to the content and consolidate it in your mind in the form of a question-answer game at any time. This means that the knowledge you gain will also always be available offline for you.

When will I get my flashcards?

Once you complete a webinar or e-learning module, you’ll be able to download and print the flashcards immediately.

How do I fold my printed flashcards correctly?

Print the download sheet onto an A4 sheet, cut it along the dashed line and fold each strip in half. The writing should show on the outside. This will enable you to collect personal flashcards and regularly review what you have learned.
